Penis enlargement surgery is a cosmetic surgery which is designed to enhance the girth, length, and thickness of penis. There are different types of penile enlargement surgeries i.e.
Penile Injection
This surgery is used to increase the girth of penis. During this surgery, fat cells are taken from elsewhere in the body and subjected below the surface of the skin of the penile shaft. This method cause unnatural appearance of the penis.
Another closely related method involves liquid silicone injections into the penis and scrotum. This method results in enormous increase in the girth of the penis. However its results are completely irreversible and may cause certain side-effects like loss of sensation, scarring, deformation and inability to perform during sex.
Ligament cutting
In this method basal penile ligaments have been cut down in order to increase the length of the penis. It results in lengthening of the penis by 2 inches. However the results of this surgery may vary between individuals.
Inflatable implants
During this surgery the corpora Cavernosa is replaced with inflatable penile implants. An implanted pump may be manipulated by hand in the groin to fill these cylinders from an implanted reservoir so as to achieve an erection. However it may results in stretching of the other penile tissues and a number of complications.
